Established by renewable energy producers and industry leading companies, the Renewable Energy Producers Association (APER, for its Spanish acronym) is a nonprofit membership organization
working to contribute and advance public policy and market development efforts that will help Puerto Rico grow it’s renewable industry in a diversified and inclusive manner, providing economic stability, resiliency and overall opportunities to the market.
Throughout its more than 10-year history, and as a result of the invaluable work of its members and partners, APER has managed to build an important foundation for the future growth of the renewable energy industry on the island.

in order to contribute to energy resiliency, reliability and cost stability in Puerto Rico.

Contribute to the discussion of renewable energy implementation objectively without favoring individual agendas.
Provide objective and accurate information regarding challenges, opportunities, and outlook of the Industry in the Island. Analize, evaluate and recommend solutions for industry challenges, and measure results after implementation.
